  • Co-led a 12-person consulting department (€900k) & helped local governments co-develop and implement their energy transition strategies.
  • Scaled clean energy and biomass technical assistance services, advising 1,800+ households, businesses and municipalities on clean energy projects.
  • Structured a one-stop-shop model that became an accredited local energy agency.

Program Manager → Director, Strategic Initiatives, Fuel Fund of Maryland → Senior Consultant, VEIC
  • Led a USD 5 million community innovation grant program within a USD 145 million market-transformation initiative, with more than 80% of funding supporting locally led projects designed to address barriers faced by underserved communities.
  • Designed a community solar model for underserved communities, raised over USD 500,000 and built partnerships with financing partners.
  • United low-income advocates and environmental groups around shared advocacy goals.

Colombia

Independent Consultant, Just Energy Transition Implementation & Delivery
  • Turned energy justice best practices into actionable project design across energy communities and workforce development initiatives.
  • Navigated high regulatory uncertainties to structure inclusive energy community business models for populations in Colombia's non-interconnected areas.
